YOUR DRIVING HOME OUR REPUTATION

Collision Repair

When a vehicle has been in a collision, assessing the damage and repairing the vehicle can be a complex process, but Phoenix Collision will make the process as simple as possible for you. After an accident, if your vehicle is still safe to drive, please contact us to schedule a free estimate. If your vehicle is no longer safely drivable, we will arrange to have your vehicle towed to our location. During our initial conversation with you, we gather all necessary information to begin processing your claim.

Please keep in mind, the preliminary estimate covers visual damage, but may not be the final cost of the repairs. Once the estimate has been written and insurance company approval has been obtained, you will sign an authorization form giving Phoenix Collision permission to begin the repair process. If your vehicle is drivable, parts that were included on the preliminary estimate will be pre-ordered prior to the vehicle being dropped off for repair. This facilitates a faster repair and reduces the cost of a rental vehicle. If your vehicle is not drivable, the vehicle will be disassembled before parts are ordered. Each insurance company has their own policy regarding replacement parts used in the repair of your vehicle. Our customer care specialists are here to help you manage this process.
